Chinese people should never stay in this hotel. The front desk staff discriminates against Chinese people. The photos of the booked room are completely different from the actual room. Later, when we asked to change rooms, their attitude was extremely bad and they were unwilling to change. I booked for three nights, but they gave me a room at the elevator entrance, which was very noisy and only on the 2nd floor, which had nothing to do with the lake view in the picture. I had to negotiate for a long time with the local female manager who discriminated against me at the front desk before I was able to change the room. I couldn't find a single Chinese-speaking staff member either. I was convinced. At first, they said there was no room to change, and I said I wanted to cancel. They immediately said they would change it the next day, but I said no. It was completely different from the pictures, small and crowded, the toilet smelled bad, and there were used paper towels in the trash can... I strongly demanded a refund if we didn't change it, and then after talking for a long time and waiting in the lobby for more than an hour, they were willing to help us change rooms. In addition, the hotel swimming pool is very small and very dirty, and the water is yellow. Everyone should avoid it.
